Cube Highways Trust InvIT: Rs 5,000 Crore Issue
The biggest issue of the week is not a regular IPO but an InvIT (Infrastructure Investment Trust) offering. Cube Highways Trust opens its Rs 5,000 crore public issue on 22nd July, closing on 24th July, with the price band fixed at Rs 151 to Rs 152 per unit. Anchor investor bidding takes place on 21st July.
The issue is a 100% book-built offer for sale by existing unitholders, marking the trust’s transition from a privately listed InvIT to a publicly listed platform. Ahead of the public issue, Cube Highways Trust has already raised Rs. 1,250 crore from strategic investors through unit subscription agreements, a sign of institutional confidence in the roads platform.
For investors new to the instrument, InvITs pool income-generating infrastructure assets (in this case highways) and distribute cash flows to unitholders, making them a yield-plus growth play rather than a pure listing-gain bet.

Indo MIM IPO: Rs 3,500 Crore Precision Engineering Play
Indo MIM, a maker of precision engineering components, launches its IPO on 23rd July (closing 27th July). The issue combines a fresh issue of Rs. 500 crore with an offer for sale of up to 6.82 crore shares by existing shareholders. According to market sources cited in the report, the total issue size is expected to exceed Rs. 3,500 crore.
Of the fresh issue proceeds, Rs. 400 crore will go toward repaying borrowings, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes, so the IPO directly deleverages the balance sheet.
Founded in 1996, Indo MIM operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the US, the UK and Mexico, serving the automotive, defence, medical, consumer and aerospace sectors. That defense and aerospace exposure places it in two of the market’s most favored manufacturing themes.
Lohia Corp IPO: Pure OFS From Textile Machinery Maker
Lohia Corp, which manufactures machinery and equipment for technical textiles, opens its IPO on 23rd July (closing 27th July). The issue is entirely an offer for sale of up to 2.59 crore equity shares, which means the company will not receive any proceeds; the money goes to the selling shareholders.
Lohia Corp’s machines are used to produce technical textiles, particularly polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabrics and sacks, the workhorse packaging materials for cement, fertiliser, food grains and chemicals. Investors should note the pure-OFS structure when evaluating the issue: the listing provides an exit for existing holders rather than growth capital.
Xtranet Technologies IPO: Rs 170 Crore Fresh Issue
The smallest of the week’s issues, IT services and solutions provider Xtranet Technologies, opens on 23rd July (closing 27th July) with a Rs. 170 crore fresh issue and no OFS component, as per its red herring prospectus. A 100% fresh issue means every rupee raised goes into the company, the mirror image of Lohia Corp’s structure.
Also Open: Caliber Mining and Logistics
While the four new issues line up, the IPO of Caliber Mining & Logistics is currently open for subscription, keeping the primary market pipeline flowing without a gap. With 32 IPOs already launched in 2026, this week’s cluster pushes the year firmly into one of the busiest primary market phases in recent memory.
